A volume sensitive bookshelf which ensures controlled sound levels for the arguing couples.

When two people argue in the presence of the shelf, books fall off the shelf, creating a bizarre moment of disbelief. The strange behaviour of this inanimate object forces the arguing couple to either stop arguing or go somewhere else.
