1. What does it exist to do?
2. Whose needs are served?
3. What services does it provide for its members?

(ii) The Community’s infrastructure
1. What is its hierarchy?
2. How is it organised, structured, led? (visualize in chart form)
3. How is it funded?

(iii) The community’s values
1. What are these values, ethics, rules, etiquette, codesof behaviour
2. How are those values honoured, observed, enforced?
3. How will your solution embody your community’s values?
